 Introduced the Zendesk Snap Pack, which contains the following Snaps and Accounts:
  • Read Users: Retrieves user records from your Zendesk instance, with filtering options by ID, group, organization, or role.
  • Read Organizations: Retrieves organization records from your Zendesk instance, with filtering options by ID or external ID.
  • Read Groups: Retrieves group records from your Zendesk instance, with filtering options by ID or user.
  • Read Organization Memberships: Retrieves organization membership records, with filtering options by ID, user, or organization.
  • Read Group Memberships: Retrieves group membership records, with filtering options by ID, user, or group.
  • Read Help Center Articles: Retrieves Help Center article records, with filtering options by ID, section, category, label, user, or incremental export.
  • Read Community Posts: Retrieves community post records, with filtering options by topic or post ID.
  • Read User Segments: Retrieves Help Center user segment records, with filtering options by ID, user, or applicability.
  • Search Zendesk: Searches across tickets, users, organizations, Help Center articles, and community posts using the Zendesk unified search API.
  • Download Attachment: Downloads a Help Center article attachment and emits it as a binary stream.
  • Zendesk Account: Authenticates with Zendesk APIs using an API token.
  • Zendesk OAuth2 Account: Authenticates with Zendesk APIs using OAuth 2.0.
  • Zendesk Access Token Account: Authenticates with Zendesk APIs using a dynamically supplied token at runtime.
