Asset Search
Use Asset Search to find assets across project spaces and projects to which you have access.
Asset Search returns results from the project spaces and projects that you have permission to access. You can sort and filter results by asset type.
The following asset types are supported:
- Accounts
- Files
- MCP Servers
- Tasks
- Pipelines
- Snap Packs
- Snaplexes
- Tables
- Policies (APIM 3.0 only)
- Services (APIM 3.0 only)
- Proxies
Asset Search returns MCP Server assets but does not return the internal tasks
that power them. The internal MCP_task_ tasks are automatically
filtered from results.
If an MCP Server was created before Asset Search support was introduced for this asset type, it may not appear in search results until you perform a disable/enable cycle. In Manager, select the server, click Disable, then click Enable. Allow approximately 1–2 minutes for Asset Search to reflect the update.
Asset Search uses an Intelligent Information Processing (IIP) STEM search. The search engine splits asset names by punctuation, numbers, and case. It matches complete words or tokens, not partial words.
To return exact matches, enclose the search string in quotation marks. For example, searching
for "Convert JSON to CSV" returns assets with that exact name.
