OPC UA Snap Pack

Overview

The OPC UA (Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture) Snap Pack enables secure, real-time connectivity with industrial systems using the OPC UA protocol. It allows seamless data access for reading, writing, browsing, and subscribing to manufacturing device data.

Key features:

Allows reading real-time or static data values from one or more variable nodes on the OPC UA server.
Supports subscribing to monitored items for real-time data change notifications, with configurable sampling intervals, publishing intervals, and monitoring modes.
Supports OPC UA Historical Access, so that you can retrieve historical time-series data (curves and trends) from OPC UA servers for reporting, analytics, data lake ingestion, and troubleshooting.
Provides flexible connection and authentication configurations, including username/password, anonymous, and certificate-based authentication.

This Snap Pack has the following Snaps:

OPC UA Read: Reads data values from specified nodes in an OPC UA server.
OPC UA Browse: Browses the node hierarchy of a connected OPC UA server
OPC UA Write: Writes data values to nodes in an OPC UA server.
OPC UA Subscribe: Subscribes to data changes on specified nodes in an OPC UA server.
OPC UA History Read: Reads historical (time-series) data from a variable node in an OPC UA server.
OPC UA Node Selector: Selects multiple Node IDs. It supports up to ten Node IDs.
