This example pipeline demonstrates how to create an object, set its release status, and then revise it.

Steps
1: Input for the creation is stored in JSON Generator. The stored JSON document contains data necessary for creating a Part.

![]() | |
2 In the snap configuration following values has to fed into fields of the Tc Create Snap:
- $object_type to field Object Type
- $attributes to field Object Attributes Path
- $expand to field Expand Attributes Path

Output document contains data of newly created object. Values of attributes *release_status* are empty.
3: The resulting object includes ID information which can be used as Object ID in Tc Set Release Status Snap next.
UIDs in Teamcenter are as the name says UNIQUE. The UIDs in the example only exist in our Teamcenter system as expected for our example. Same is valid for Adapter ID "_id" since its base is the UID.

The output JSON document provides an example output from Set Release Status execution for a Part in Teamcenter OOTB data model. The Status change is recognizable in values for *release_status*.
Now the released object can be revised with the Tc Revise Snap.
4: Output of Tc Set Release Status Snap is input document for Tc Revise Snap.
