Create Companies in Bulk

Prerequisites: You must have access to HubSpot and a valid HubSpot Account (OAuth or Private App).

This pipeline demonstrates how to create a batch of companies in bulk in HubSpot.

  1. Configure the JSON Generator Snap to create a JSON file with the new company details such as name, address, and website.

    Alternatively, you can use CSV (CSV Generator) or XML (XML Generator). You can also use a File Reader Snap if you already have a file with the company details. On validation, the Snap shows the JSON-generated data:

  2. Configure the Mapper Snap to map the output details from the JSON Generator Snap to the corresponding fields in HubSpot.

    On validation, the JSON input fields are mapped to the HubSpot entity fields:

  3. Configure the HubSpot Bulk Create Snap with the Company Entity and Create a Batch of Companies Action.

  4. Validate the pipeline. On validation, the Snap creates a batch of companies with the configured data and displays the results in the output preview.

To successfully reuse pipelines:

  1. Download and import the pipeline into SnapLogic.
  2. Configure Snap accounts as applicable.
  3. Provide pipeline parameters as applicable.
