To create a Service from scratch:

1. Open the Service Catalog page.
2. Click Add service.
3. Click in the Project field to select the location to save the service.
4. Enter the following:
   1. Service Name
   2. URL Slug
   3. Service Version
5. Optionally, add tags that display in the DeveloperHub.
6. Click in the Servers field and select a Snaplex.
7. Optionally, add a description.
8. Click Create to save the Service in the specified project.

Next, add native or external endpoints.
