Developer Portal

The Developer Portal is the public-facing page where you can explore APIs.

Important: This page describes Classic APIM. For APIM 3.0, refer to API Management 3.0.

Overview

The Developer Portal is the public-facing page where you can explore APIs. After your account is created, you can browse APIs in the API Catalog and create applications for API subscriptions. New accounts and API subscriptions must be approved by an Environment admin. When your subscription is approved, you receive a key to use the API.

Important:

Only Environment administrators can manage (create, approve, deny, or delete) Developer Portal user accounts and API subscriptions. System Administrators and regular users can only view these users and API subscriptions.
