Configuring JMS accounts

Overview

You must create a JMS account to connect to data sources that you want to use in your Pipelines. You can configure your account from SnapLogic using the Designer or Manager.

Snap-account compatibility

Snaps in the JMS Snap Pack work with the following accounts:

Account encryption

Standard Encryption If you are using Standard Encryption, the High sensitivity settings under Enhanced Encryption are followed.
Enhanced Encryption If you have the Enhanced Account Encryption feature, the following describes which fields are encrypted for each sensitivity level selected for this account.

JMS Account:

  • High: Password
  • Medium + High: Username, Password
  • Low + Medium + High: Username, Password

JMS SQS Account:

  • High: AWS secret key
  • Medium + High: AWS access key ID, AWS secret key
  • Low + Medium + High: AWS access key ID, AWS secret key, AWS end point

IBM MQ Account:

  • High: Password, Truststore password, Keystore password
  • Medium + High: Username, Password, Truststore password, Keystore password
  • Low + Medium + High: Hostname, Username, Password, Truststore, Truststore password, Keystore, Keystore password
