User-configured alerts and notifications
Environment admins can create email and Slack notifications for the event types listed in Available categories and

they configured or for which they have edit permission:
- Task notifications for one or more statuses, including started, completed, failed, and stopped.
- Snaplex notifications when a Snaplex node doesn't respond for 15 minutes. These notifications also display on the Alerts and Activity tabs.
