Delete a Company from HubSpot

Prerequisites: You must have access to HubSpot and a valid HubSpot Account (OAuth or Private App).

This pipeline demonstrates how to delete a company from the HubSpot instance using the HubSpot Delete Snap.

Note: You do not need any Snap other than the HubSpot Delete Snap to delete an entity. However, this example uses the JSON Formatter and File Writer Snaps to write the delete confirmation output into a local JSON file for record-keeping. If there are multiple entities to delete, you can pass the entities' identifier through upstream Snaps or as a Pipeline parameter by adding Snaps such as Mapper, File Reader , or Copy upstream of the HubSpot Delete Snap.
  1. Configure the HubSpot Delete Snap with the Company entity and Delete a company action. Provide the entity's identifier (company_id) as a required parameter.

  2. Validate the pipeline. On validation, the HubSpot Delete Snap deletes the specified entity and outputs a confirmation.

  3. Configure the JSON Formatter and File Writer Snaps to write the output to a local file for record-keeping.

To successfully reuse pipelines:

  1. Download and import the pipeline into SnapLogic.
  2. Configure Snap accounts as applicable.
  3. Provide pipeline parameters as applicable.
