Configure Email Auto Reply

Overview

The Configure Email Auto Reply Snap configures automatic replies to your incoming emails.



  • This is a Write-type Snap.
  • Works in Ultra Tasks when the Batch size is set to 1.

Supported Accounts

Prerequisites

  • Valid Exchange Online tenant.
  • Valid OAuth2 application in Azure Active Directory with all the required API permissions.

Input

This Snap has at most one document input view.

Requires the start time and the end time with automatic reply message for emails received from your organization and outside your organization.
Output

This Snap has at most one document output view.

Outputs the configured auto reply settings for emails you receive.

Specify a unique name for the Snap. Modify this to be more appropriate, especially if more than one of the same Snaps is in the pipeline.

User/Shared MailBox

String/Expression

Specify the mailbox from which you want to configure auto reply for emails received. If not provided, then the mailbox specified in the account settings is used.

Start Time

String/Expression

Specify the start time from when this setting would be enabled.

You can specify a time zone using 2020-09-29T04:18:00.000+0530 and for UTC time zone use 2020-09-29T04:18:00.000+0000.

Default value: N/A

Example: 2020-09-29T04:18:00.000
End Time

String/Expression

Enter the end time after which this setting would be disabled.

You can specify a time zone using 2020-09-29T04:18:00.000+0530 and for UTC time zone use 2020-09-29T04:18:00.000+0000.

Default value: N/A

Automatic Reply Message Inside Your Organization

Specify the automatic reply message which will be sent as a reply to the mails received from email addresses inside your organization.

Default value: N/A

Example: Out of Office
Automatic Reply Message Outside Your Organization

String/Expression

Specify the automatic reply message which will be sent as a reply to the mails received from email addresses outside your organization.

Default value: N/A

Example: Call me if anything needs my attention.
Snap execution

Dropdown list
Choose one of the three modes in which the Snap executes. Available options are:
  • Validate & Execute. Performs limited execution of the Snap and generates a data preview during pipeline validation. Subsequently, performs full execution of the Snap (unlimited records) during pipeline runtime.
  • Execute only. Performs full execution of the Snap during pipeline execution without generating preview data.
  • Disabled. Disables the Snap and all Snaps that are downstream from it.
