Configure GitLab Accounts

Overview

You can configure your accounts in SnapLogic using the SnapLogic Designer or SnapLogic Manager. Create a GitLab account to connect the GitLab Snaps with GitLab.com or with your GitLab Self-Managed instance.

Choose the account type by how you authenticate:
  • GitLab Access Token Account: Uses a personal, project, or group access token.
  • GitLab OAuth2 Account: Uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow with an OAuth application registered in GitLab. The Snaps act on behalf of the user who authorizes the account.

For the account settings that differ between GitLab.com and GitLab Self-Managed, see GitLab.com and GitLab Self-Managed.
