Configure Open Table Iceberg Accounts

Overview

You can create an Open Table Iceberg Account to connect to an Iceberg REST catalog in your pipelines. You can configure your account from the SnapLogic Platform using the SnapLogic Designer or SnapLogic Manager.

All Snaps in the Open Table Iceberg Snap Pack work with Open Table Iceberg Account:

Account encryption

Standard Encryption If you are using Standard Encryption, follow the High sensitivity settings under Enhanced Encryption.
Enhanced Encryption If you have the Enhanced Account Encryption feature, the following describes which fields are encrypted for each sensitivity level selected for this account:
  • High: Client Secret, Access Key ID, Secret Key
  • Medium + High: Client ID, Role
  • Low + Medium + High: Catalog URL, Warehouse, S3 Endpoint, Region, Bucket Name
