The Asset catalog in Monitor is available as a free trial in all environments. The Admin Manager Asset catalog page controls which users can view the Asset catalog:

• Environment admins: This options allows only Environment admins to view the Asset Catalog. They can view all assets and manage custom metadata.
• Everyone: In addition to Environment admins, non-admins can view assets for which they have at least read access.
  • The default option is set to Everyone.

Open the Asset catalog page from the Application settings section of the Admin Manager navigation pane.
