Preparation
Collate information about the old environment before you begin migration. Having this available will make resource and time estimations more realistic
The following sections outline the information to collate before you begin migration. Having this available will make resource and time estimations more realistic.
Inventory checklist
Identify the information from the checklist for each of your SnapLogic environments. Your CSM will use this information to create the new environments on the EMEA control plane. You can use the inventory to verify completeness after migrating the assets. Download this Excel spreadsheet as a starting point: Environment-migration-checklist.xlsx
- Environment name
- Environment type (such as development or production)
- Feature entitlements, such as:
- Enhanced Account Encryption
- Enhanced Email Encryption
- Git Integration
- Secrets Management

- Environment assets
- Number of Snaplexes (include the number and size of nodes and whether they are Cloudplexes, AutoSync Snaplexes, or Groundplexes)

Responsibilities and timeline
For each task required to migrate the environment, list the responsible parties, start date, and projected completion. You might prefer to track this using your own project management software.
