Edit the footer

The footer contains three editable areas. From left to right:

  • Contact list: Add company contact information and optionally, descriptive icons.
  • Mandatory text: Add anything required on your footer in Markdown format. This field only allows paragraphs, links, bold, or italic. Markdown cheat sheet for the required syntax.
  • Logo: Upload an image, set its size, have the logo link to the DeveloperHub Home page, and define the alt text for accessibility.
  • Important links: Add required links. For example, you might link to other pages in the site or to your company site.

Add or remove footer components

To add or remove footer components:

  1. Open any page by selecting it in the Site pane.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Hover on the left side of the footer.
  4. Click Add elements.
  5. Toggle the contact list, mandatory text, logo, or important links.
  6. Click Save.

Edit footer components

To edit the footer:

Click Exit to return to the main screen of Site Manager. The changes propagate to all site pages that have a header. You can Add or remove header or footer from individual pages.
